Just to
finish the hard week of work – something interesting at the end. Spanish wheat
imperial pale ale (WIPA). I have to admit that I couldn’t see stand that lonely
bottle, with a bit aggressive label standing in the Beer Market at La Louviere.
WIPA pours
amber, with tall, foamy white head that has a solid retention. Aroma is fruity,
mostly grapefruit and some lemon. Taste is very bitter, but compensated by
fruity and clear wheat note. Very interesting beer. I normally do not really
like wheats, but this one is great.
It also got
OK, from my wife who is wheat fan!
Go get it!
