ANTYdepresant, weizen with kaffir

ANTY DEPRESANT

Style: Weizen with Kaffir
Brewed: AntyBrowar, Polska

Just to put a cherry on the cake of the summer beers – the new taste of the summer is called kaffir. Kaffir, or actually kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) is a citrus fruit widespread in Asia. I have to admit, that I have never heard or tasted the kaffir limes before, but could very well imagine that limes freshness goes along with weizen-style.

The name ANTYdepresant, even if in English you would spell it differently, does not really require a translation. Sadly, we haven’t had anybody really depressed to try and see if its working

Otherwise, Antydepresant brings all what it promises – its fresh, great citrus aroma, tastes of cloves, citrus, maybe small typical weizen banana taste and aroma. Very low bitterness, bit of sour-sweet. During summer days it works like taking a cold shower in the middle of the day.

Thanks to ANTYbrowar kaffir is going in my next beer.

Great!
